30 Days Return Warranty
1. We pride ourselves on our product quality and strict quality control but to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we accept return & exchange demands within 30 days after delivery due to the following defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
(1) The Return/exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment & size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color and fabric on our page.
(2) Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached.
(3) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies
(4) No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or last-chance items.
For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return. But we can offer a 10%-20% coupon on the next order.
(1) Don't like the item;
(2) Not fit as expected without any quality problem;
(3) Shipping status shows delivered but not received;
(4) Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) but has already claimed in our description/title;
(5) Placed a wrong order and shipped.
